Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email earthy.aurashop@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please do not send an item back before your return is approved.

Because some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through AutoDS, the return address and instructions may vary by product and supplier. After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return instructions and applicable return address. Items sent to an address that we have not provided may not be accepted.

Downloaded digital products are not eligible for return.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. Expect up to 14 days for the refund to fully process and post.

Return shipping labels: Earthy Aura covers the cost of the return shipping label for approved eligible returns. After your return request is approved, we will provide the return label or the supplier-specific return instructions. Please do not send an item back before approval or use an address that we have not provided.

Digital products (eBooks, coloring books, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded.
