Shipping Policy
We ship eligible products within the United States and to select international destinations shown at checkout.
United States shipping
- Orders under $50: $3.99
- Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping
- Packages weighing 5 lb or more: $9.99 heavy-package shipping
Shipping options and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the products, destination, package weight, and fulfillment location. International shipping rates and availability are shown at checkout for eligible products and destinations.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for when your order should arrive.
Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship separately from other items in your order. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your family to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with a physical product, contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving it so we can provide return instructions.
- Returned physical items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Digital products, including e-books, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds once purchased or downloaded.
- Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at earthy.aurashop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can help.
